This website does not use an account system, advertising pixels, or first-party analytics. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to answer your request.
Purchases and licensing
Purchases, taxes, license delivery, renewals, and the customer portal are provided by Freemius. When you open the checkout or complete a purchase, Freemius processes the information needed for that transaction under its own privacy policy.
The WordPress plugin
The free demonstration does not contact Duffel. When a paid license and Duffel token are configured, the plugin sends flight-search criteria to Duffel to retrieve places, offers, and current offer details. Supported test-mode order validation also sends the test passenger details entered by the administrator.
Optional local analytics are disabled by default. If a site owner enables them, search events can include route and date criteria, the visitor IP address, and timestamps in that site's WordPress database. The plugin never sends your Duffel API token or traveller search data to Freemius.
Data control
Site owners control the WordPress database, plugin settings, Duffel account, retention choices, and any privacy disclosures required for their visitors. Plugin data can be removed through the uninstall setting before deleting the plugin.
